About MPCH & Ti22

MPCH is a security-first technology company building advanced infrastructure and key management solutions for highly sensitive, high-assurance applications. Our dual commercial and defense mission demands agility, precision, and uncompromising execution. Ti22, our defense-focused division, develops and deploys cutting-edge solutions in secure communications, cryptographic key infrastructure, and air-gapped systems. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive cross-functional execution and program delivery across classified and unclassified customer initiatives.

Role Summary

As Technical Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex technical programs spanning hardware, software, and operational capabilities. You will serve as the bridge between engineering, product, operations, and government stakeholders—translating technical needs into actionable plans and delivering mission impact on aggressive timelines. This is not a cybersecurity role, but a highly technical delivery role with close alignment to defense, software-enabled systems, and secure communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs—from requirements scoping and resourcing through milestone execution, sustainment, and transition to operations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, resource allocations, and risk registers.
  • Drive agile sprint planning in coordination with software engineers, hardware teams, and technical SMEs.

Customer Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the primary interface to government customers and partners, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, risks, and outcomes.
  • Lead recurring reviews, stakeholder updates, and readiness assessments.
  • Deliver clear, timely, and concise communications to both internal leadership and external sponsors.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, logistics, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution across all workstreams.
  • Translate mission needs into product and capability requirements in partnership with Cyber SMEs and Product leadership.
  • Drive structured decision-making around technical tradeoffs, resource allocation, and sequencing.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure program execution aligns with U.S. government contracting, classification, and acquisition frameworks.
  • Support transition of internally developed prototypes (IRAD) into production systems aligned to DoD acquisition pathways (e.g., Rapid Prototyping/Rapid Fielding).
  • Coordinate with legal and security teams to maintain compliance with export controls, security standards, and classification protocols.

Innovation & Strategic Development

  • Identify opportunities for mission-driven innovation and internal investment.
  • Develop proposals and capability briefs in collaboration with technical and business development teams.
  • Support long-term program growth, sustainment planning, and customer-funded expansion.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years of experience managing complex technical programs within the defense, aerospace, national security, or advanced R&D sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams in time-sensitive, mission-critical environments.
  • Deep familiarity with DoD acquisition and capability development processes (e.g., JCIDS, rapid prototyping, SBIR, OTA, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail, risk management, and execution discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface at both the engineer and executive level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background supporting expeditionary, tactical, or low-SWaP technical programs.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development and tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, etc.).
  • PMP, DAWIA, or equivalent program management certification.
  • Prior experience interfacing directly with DoD stakeholders, especially in prototype-to-production transitions.
  • Technical literacy in areas such as secure communications, cryptographic infrastructure, or software-defined systems.

Why Join Us:

At MPCH and Ti22, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team building foundational technologies for national security and critical infrastructure. We value precision, integrity, and execution. You’ll be empowered to lead from the front—delivering programs that matter.

  • Salary range: $150-160k, plus equity
  • Generous benefits package (medical, dental, vision) - US/UK
  • Fully remote working
