Full Stack Software Engineer

Position Overview

MPCH is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our high-performance engineering team. You will be responsible for designing and building robust, secure, and scalable web applications. Your deep understanding of modern web technologies, backend architectures, and cryptographic systems will be essential in building next-generation digital asset and security solutions.

Responsibilities

Full Stack Web Development

• Build and maintain performant, secure, and scalable web applications using React, HTML, CSS, Next.js (front-end), and NestJS (back-end).
• Integrate RESTful APIs efficiently into software applications.
• Design and implement clean and intuitive UIs with a focus on performance and usability.
• Collaborate with other software engineers and product managers to translate product requirements into high-quality features.

Backend Architecture & API Development

• Design and implement APIs and business logic using NestJS, Python (FastAPI), C++, Golang, and/or Kotlin/Java.
• Ensure robust backend services with an emphasis on reliability, scalability, and security.
• Implement secure data handling and user authentication mechanisms.

Security & Cryptography

• Implement secure communication protocols and cryptographic primitives where appropriate.
• Contribute to the development of privacy-preserving and secure transaction workflows.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure cryptographic operations are safe, correct, and performant.

Agile Development & DevOps

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Write unit, integration, and other functional tests to ensure high code quality.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and deployments.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product stakeholders to ship seamless user experiences.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly across disciplines.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• 3+ years in full stack web application development in Cloud Environments, preferably Google Cloud or similar.
• Experience in secure application development and applied cryptography is a strong plus.

Skills & Tools

• Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, CSS, HTML.
• Backend: NestJS, Python (FastAPI), Kotlin/Java, C++, Golang.
• Cryptography: Familiarity with asymmetric/symmetric encryption, key management, HSMs, digital signatures, and common cryptographic libraries.
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Testing: Jest, Pytest, JUnit, etc.
• Tools: Git, Postman, Figma (for developer handoff), Jira.
• Cloud: Google Cloud Platform or similar
